Tips on Filling out the Forms

  • To navigate to the next field on a form, use the "Tab" key or click your cursor in the field.
  • To navigate to the previous field on a form, use the "Shift" + "Tab" keys.
  • To mark check boxes, tab to the field and enter an 'X' in the field.
  • To scroll through the selection boxes, tab to the field and use the arrow keys.
  • For multi-line boxes, use the "Enter" key to bring you to the next line.
  • If you can't see the data in the field on the Adobe Form, it won't be visible when you print.
  • Once the form is submitted, the forms are cleared of all data. If a hard copy of the form is desired, you can use the "View Form" links on the confirmation page to print the information you submitted.

Acrobat Acrobat Reader Download
